How to Delete Your Account

Steps to Request Deletion

You can request to delete your CapiGrow account and all associated personal data through the following methods:

  • In-App: Go to Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account and follow the instructions.
  • Email: Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'.

What Data is Deleted or Kept?

Data to be Deleted:

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our active databases: Personal profile information (name, email, phone number, address) and any user-uploaded identification documents.

Data to be Retained:

To comply with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements (such as anti-money laundering and tax laws), we are required to retain certain information for 5 to 7 years. This includes: Transaction records, investment contracts, and tax-related documentation.

Processing Time:

All deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Once processed, your account will be inaccessible and you will no longer receive communications from us.
